The way you answer the phone is also part of how our company is perceived from the outside. Therefore, a uniform and professional reporting on the phone is just as important as the personal appearance in a direct conversation.

In recent years, the habit of answering the phone with only "Hello" has increased. However, this may be perceived as impolite. The calling person feels uncomfortable or does not know whether he has reached the intended company or the desired contact person. By mentioning your brand and your full name, you will help to simplify the start of the conversation and avoid confusion. 

The voicemail message on your phone should also include a reference to the brand or company and your name. This way a caller can be sure he has dialed the right number. For this reason, company mobile phones of the Coroplast Group have been equipped with mailboxes that pick up the new brand names since 1 April 2020. 

Up to now, you have been calling with "Coroplast, first name last name" or similar. As part of the rebranding process, we would like to ask you to use your brand name in future.
