Shutter

The shutter is the visual catchphrase for all Coroflex publications and is clearly defined. Combined with emotional image motifs, this graphically supports the informative value of the content. The interaction of the individual elements in the design creates attention and makes our media stand out.

The shutter design element is always inserted in the upper right-hand corner. The angle of rotation is defined by the left-facing leg of the "x" of the Coroflex logo and may not be changed.

Combined with the Coroflex logo, the logo protection zone on the right is reduced until the edge of the frame meets the last line. The distance to the other sides (top, bottom, and left) remains the same.

If the surface is white, the shutter is always inserted in black. An exception is the fifth line, which is always red. The shutter element should also be clearly visible on dark backgrounds or images. For this reason, the lines are displayed in white instead of black, or the "negative multiply" effect is used in InDesign.
