CoroAcademy

The primary purpose of the CoroAcademy is to systematically and specifically qualify and promote our employees in their further development. With this goal in mind, under the umbrella of the CoroAcademy we have combined a broad range of personnel development measures with the aim of identifying, encouraging, and enhancing our employees’ strengths.

In addition to specialized technical knowledge, we also teach them a range of essential soft skills. For instance, we provide English courses at various levels, SAP training sessions, project management and sales training, intercultural competence tuition, and leadership training. We have a special development program for our trainees, in which they complete a broad range of modules from business etiquette to preparation for exams.

Corozen

COROZEN is taken from the Japanese word KAIZEN and the name of Coroplast’s improvement program. KAIZEN means replacing the good with the better, i.e. the continuous improvement of all processes in every area of the company. KAIZEN does not only apply to production processes, but also to administration and development. Above all, KAIZEN is about avoiding wastefulness and concentrating on adding value. KAIZEN also focuses on avoiding excessive workloads and irregularities.

Companies that successfully deploy KAIZEN methods expect their employees to make step-by-step improvements on a daily basis. The important point is to continuously improve and be aware that there is always potential to develop. The process requires plenty of courage, patience, and a rigorous approach. The aim is to leverage 80% solutions in order to achieve swift success.
