The Shutter

Coroflex uses a shutter as key graphic design element. In combination with emotional images, this graphically supports the expressiveness of the content. The interaction of the individual elements in the design creates attention and makes our media stand out.

The shutter design element is always used in the top right-hand corner. The rotation angle is determined by the downward-sloping leg of the letter “x” of the Coroflex logo and may not be changed.

In combination with the Coroflex logo, the logo protection zone on the right-hand side is reduced until the edge of the frame touches the last line. The standard distance continues to apply between the other sides (top, bottom, and left).

On white surfaces, the shutter is always black. An exception in this case is the fifth line, which is always red. The combination of shutter and image gives rise to the “screen” effect.
